Why Should I Use This Service?

That's a legitimate question when you consider why you bow hunt. If you find yourself in any one of the following scenarios, then you will agree that a Property Evaluation and Consultation becomes an investment which you can take advantage of each season.

I invite you to consider my services if:

You are new to bowhunting, and want to jump start your skills and abilities to create exciting shot opportunities on your hunting property.
You have several successful bow seasons under your belt and you are now interested in pursuing mature bucks - the most challenging and rewarding endeavor for seasoned bowhunters.
You want to advance your knowledge about how mature bucks (and the does) utilize the land you hunt, how to read and interpret their sign, why it is found where it is, and how to create productive stand placement strategies for each phase of the hunting season.

Also, consider what you have spent on your bows, hunting equipment, stands, feeders and feed each season, and ask yourself, “Am I satisfied with the results of my efforts?”. If you answer no and want to change your level of enjoyment afield each season, I invite you to give me a call.

SCHEDULING: Services are available year-round. Scheduling between October - January is dependent upon property size and distance from San Antonio.

RATES: $1.00 to $2.50 per acre depending on program services; plus travel expenses¹ and lodging². $250.00 minimum charge, plus expenses per evaluation. Reduced rates are also available on larger properties. Please call for details.

TERMS: 25% deposit upon booking, with balance payable upon completion of property evaluation. Deposit is nonrefundable if service is canceled by client within 30 days of the scheduled evaluation and is not rescheduled within three months of the original date.

1. Travel expenses include mileage and meals:

MILEAGE: $0.37 per mile, total miles per evaluation.
MEALS: $25.00 per day overnight, $15.00 per day non overnight.

2. Lodging expense may be omitted if client provides climate controlled lodging on property, or property is within 60 miles of my home in San Antonio.

The strategies you learn from this program are fully applicable to future properties you hunt.
